Integrated Hydrogen Circulation System
The hydrogen supply system is a key component of the fuel cell engine. It is responsible for providing a constant flow and pressure of hydrogen to the engine and managing the water balance inside the fuel cell stack.

In the actual operation of the fuel cell system, the hydrogen on the anode side always remains in excess, while the water molecules generated on the cathode side continue to penetrate toward the anode side. In practical applications, it has been found that the direct emission of hydrogen not only causes a waste of resources, but may also cause safety issues. Repeated circulation of hydrogen may lead to the accumulation of impurities and reduce the purity of hydrogen. On the other hand, the water content on the anode side has a significant impact on the performance and life of the fuel cell: too low a water content may cause the proton exchange membrane to dry out, affecting the proton transmission efficiency, while too high a water content may hinder the flow of hydrogen at the anode. Spread, causing flooding, resulting in local insufficient hydrogen supply. Therefore, circulation of excess hydrogen and water management on the anode side are critical to fuel cell performance.
Our company's latest integrated hydrogen circulation system integrates hydrogen injection/proportional valve, ejector, stop valve, pressure limiting valve, water separator, and drainage valve. It has a wide range of adaptable power, stable hydrogen supply, and efficient hydrogen utilization. It has the advantages of high efficiency, high water separation efficiency, small size, light weight, and high integration, which can perfectly solve the problem of stable hydrogen supply and water balance in the engine. Since the product was launched, it has attracted the attention of many customers at home and abroad.
